Our standard vinyl sleeve is made of a Clear flexible CPP plastic and 80 micron to 120 micron (based on in-house stock availability at time of order). Vinyl sleeves are excellent for storing Discs more efficiently where space saving is important and saves costs. Approx Dimensions of this product are: 132x130mm (5″x5″), the flap is 25mm (1″).

We Also Offer MULTI-PAGE Booklet Inserts (6, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 Page etc…) and Roll Out Inserts. Contact us for details.

There are a multitude of other options such as sleeves without flaps, sleeves with holes for placement in binders, self seal sleeves, 2 disc (double sided) sleeves, gummed sleeves, etc… If interested, contact us for details.

DEFINITIONS:

DVD-5 – A standard single layer DVD that holds up to 4.7 GB of data (around 120-133 minutes of video depending on compression).

Dual Layer – A dual layer single sided DVD that holds up to 8.5 GB of data (around 240 minutes of video depending on compression). This DVD is comprised of a solid layer and a semi-transparent layer that allows for almost twice the data of a DVD-5 and is often used to retain a higher bitrate (quality) that may not be feasible on a DVD-5.

Dual Sided – A 2-sided DVD that holds up to 9.4 GB of data (around 266 minutes of video depending on compression). Please note that the two-sided DVD-10 is somewhat rare, and there is no interactivity between the sides. So to view the information on the other side, the DVD must be removed from the player and turned over. Note that a Dual Sided DVD only has a very small printable surface section on the disc.

With Duplication you may order any quantity. If you would like to order an exact quantity not shown (e.g. 125, 150, etc…) contact us and we will set up your order for you.

MANUFACTURING TURN TIME:  Starts FROM time of all final Graphic Artwork Approval, Master Disc (or files) in-house, Payment submitted – Turn Time does not begin at the time the order is placed.
STANDARD DUPLICATION MANUFACTURING TURN TIME: 1 to 9 Business Days Depending on the Product You Choose and volume of in-house production work at time of order (excludes Holidays & Weekends)
STANDARD REPLICATION MANUFACTURING TURN TIME: 10 to 14 Business Days Depending on the Product You Choose and volume of in-house production work at time of order (excludes Holidays & Weekends)

Duplication content is recorded on CD-R or DVD-R discs and printed with inkjet print on disc. Additional printing methods available.

DUPLICATION Can be requested on any Quantity. In general, duplication is most cost efficient for quantities 500 and under.
REPLICATION Automatically starts at 1000 Quantity unless specified otherwise. In general, replication is most cost efficient for quantities 1000 and above.
***You may request REPLICATION  at time of order for Quantities 500 to 999, otherwise Anaphora will determine which process is best for your particular project.
